Few things are more personal than the conversations you have and the connections you make. Polymorph protects them by default, collects only what it needs to run the service, and keeps the same core protections on every plan.
The aim is simple: whatever you do in Polymorph, you should feel that it remains under the same protective umbrella. Privacy follows your conversations, files, backups, and shared work throughout the app instead of stopping at the edge of a chat.

Polymorph is a private communication app that brings chats and calls together with encrypted cloud Files, collaborative Spaces, notes, and shared planning tools. It is built for individuals, friends, families, private groups, and small collaborations.
Circles help you keep friends, family, work, communities, and other parts of life separate. Each Circle can have its own profile information, privacy choices, notification settings, contacts, and groups.
Files is a dedicated encrypted cloud area inside Polymorph, with folders, navigation, search, previews, offline copies, and file management across your linked devices. Everyone can use Spaces to organize files separately; Plus and Pro members can also invite other Polymorph users into a Space for encrypted collaboration.
No. Free is a complete, useful messenger, so you can invite people without asking them to subscribe. Paid plans add more storage, more Circles, and higher limits for people who use Polymorph more heavily.
Your files are not deleted immediately. If you are above the storage allowance of your new plan, your existing cloud files remain available to download to a local device during a grace period, although new cloud uploads may be limited. After that period, cloud copies above your available storage allowance are removed. Anything you have already downloaded remains yours.
Your Polymorph account and your billing details are kept separate. Stripe handles your payment information and subscription management, while Polymorph receives only the subscription status needed to apply your plan to your account. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Stripe , even if you lose access to your Polymorph account. A subscription cannot recover lost account keys or encrypted content. We also intend to explore prepaid subscription options, including cryptocurrency payments, for users who prefer not to maintain a conventional recurring billing relationship.
Your keys are the only way back into your account, so save them in a password manager, keychain, or another secure place. To protect your privacy, Polymorph cannot recover them for you if every copy is lost.
If you transfer the apps and data from your old phone during setup, your Polymorph account will usually come with them. Otherwise, simply download Polymorph again and sign in with your account keys, or scan a QR code from another linked device. Your account and synced history will then follow you to the new phone.
